Covid-19
Due to the widespread spread of COVID-19 worldwide, we are experiencing potential international delivery delays due to insufficient air freight capacity and government restrictions. Please check for updated shipping times under the current circumstances as noted below:

United States of America Expedited Shipping :  (21-30 business days)

United Kingdom Standard Tracked Shipping:  (18-25 business days) 

Canada Standard Tracked Shipping:  (24-30 business days) 

australia DHL Express:  (21-30 business days)

new zealand ePacket :  (32-40 business days)

Rest of the World

Standard Tracked Shipping:  25-30 business days (depending on location)

Handling

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within a maximum of 2 business days . Orders placed outside of opening hours will be processed within the following business days. The rindada Store is not responsible for refunding shipping costs in the event of a shipping delay due to product availability.

The rindada store does not take responsibility for untracked packages that disappear. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect, invalid or correct addresses. The rindada store will help as much as possible to trace a missing package.

Local destination taxes and duties

The rindada store has no control over any customs or import duties that may be imposed when the order arrives in the destination country. As much as we wish this were not the case, there is nothing we can do about the customs laws in individual countries. These charges may cause delays and the customer will be required to pay them. The rindada store advises the customer to check with the local customs agency before placing their order.

Note: Orders placed within the EU are shipped from the united kingdom warehouse and are generally not subject to customs duties.

Wrong address policy

We only send products to the delivery address provided by customers on our website. This is why it is important to carefully indicate your delivery address when placing an order. If you have made an error entering your address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. The delivery address may still be corrected if your order has not yet been fulfilled and shipped from the warehouse.

- If your order has not been fulfilled and shipped from the warehouse, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

- If the order was shipped and returned to sender due to a wrong or insufficient shipping address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the full cost of reshipping your order .

- If the order was shipped and delivered to the wrong address, you may lose your order unless you can resolve the problem with the logistics services or the recipient. We will not be able to refund this order or reship another package.

This policy is not our preference, nor our first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to enter and carefully verify your address when placing your order.
